Operating guide for temperature control and humidity control box

1. Check the water level of the temperature and humidity tank, wash the water bottle, then fill the water in the water bottle, put the rubber tube on the faucet, and block the water in order to prevent the scale and sediment of the humidifier. Use distilled water as the water source.

2. Set the temperature or temperature and humidity to the desired position and turn on the meter's power switch.

3. Unscrew the temperature adjustment cap of the dry bulb conductive head to set the temperature above the temperature value required for the test. The conductivity meter is the control instrument, the scale is for reference only, and the accurate temperature should be based on the dry bulb thermometer.

4. Start heating and turn the power selection switch to the “2” position. When the temperature in the box rises to the required temperature, turn the selector switch to the “1” position, which is beneficial to reduce the constant temperature fluctuation.

5. Adjust the temperature of the water tank to control the humidification amount. Generally, the temperature of the humidity control tank is set to be lower than the temperature of the working chamber by 1-2 °C. After the temperature of the working chamber and the humidity of the water tank reach the required value, the temperature and humidity can be adjusted.

6. Load the test piece for maintenance after working normally.

7. After use, disconnect the power supply, remove the hose from the box, and remove the water.
