From June 9th to June 12th, 2017, the 22nd Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “Guangya Exhibition”) was successfully held in Pazhou Complex of Canton Fair. Guangya Exhibition is regarded as the world's largest and most influential lighting industry event. This exhibition attracted more than 2,500 exhibitors from home and abroad. K-BUS intelligent control system is based on KNX bus technology. Through the control of terminal electrical equipment (lights, curtains, air conditioners), it can achieve optimal control of lighting, sunshade, temperature and other environments and scenes. Create a safe, comfortable and convenient environment while reducing energy consumption and reducing operating costs. Can be applied to office buildings, schools, hospitals, stadiums, museums, airport terminals, rail transit, urban pipe corridors and other places.

KNX has become one of the biggest highlights of this exhibition with its remarkable advantages of standard and extensive compatibility. It has been interconnected among more than 7,000 products in 37 countries and regions. With the deepening of KNX in China, KNX has gradually penetrated into the real estate residential users from the early large-scale public construction field.

According to Ma Chi, KNX technology development and change can be summarized from four aspects:

The first is information data security. Information data security is crucial for home intelligence. KNX has introduced some security management software and made some encryption on the protocol. Second, KNX can access up to 65,000 devices in public construction. However, in the residential users, the function access is sufficient. The sound of the KNX system is simplified for the smart home, and the product form is also diverse. Third, many people think that KNX can only do lighting, sunshade and HVAC control. Now KNX has also launched digital software based on digital audio and network audio, which has solved the audio and video services and improved the entertainment demand. Fourthly, KNX has made a big breakthrough in connecting the Internet. The home-specific gateway and corresponding APP software solve the problem of software control and debugging configuration.

At present, the lighting industry mainly includes the traditional lighting and LED lighting market. With the popularization of the concept of Internet of Things, smart lighting that can communicate with smart phones and tablet computers is gradually increasing. Everyone's focus is on the development of lamps; on the contrary, it is very close to consumption. Electrical products that live in life need more intelligence. Ma Chi believes that smart electrician is the best way to achieve intelligent lighting. This exhibition saw that some electricians are showing intelligent control switches, but there is still a certain distance from the intelligent control system in the true sense.

In the interview, Ma Chi mentioned: "In recent years, the market has more need for smart electrical products that are simple to install, convenient to network, and quick to debug, and there are already mature products in this field."

Intelligent lighting has become a new outlet for the industry, but intelligent lighting is not a new technology in the field of lighting. Light and dark adjustment, switching lights or power adjustment of lights have been established very early through infrared control, radar control, voice control, program control and other technologies.
