1. The dry box should be used in a dry place indoors, and the outer shell of the box must be effectively grounded.

2. In the power supply circuit of the small spray dryer, the user should install the on-off switch corresponding to the current of the drying box for this box.

3. There are two wind-type shelves in the working room of each drying oven for arranging the test objects, and the spacing between the shelves can be adjusted according to the size of the test objects. It is forbidden to arrange test samples on the bottom plate to prevent the test samples from being burned due to overheating.

4. This machine is a digital performance temperature controller. When you choose to set the continuous temperature, press the temperature test setting on the instrument panel to the desired temperature number to start things.

When the temperature in the box reaches the set temperature, the green light turns to the red light. 8. Before starting the small spray dryer, unscrew the exhaust valve at the top of the box by about 10mm to facilitate the convection of the atmosphere in the box and expel the moisture and waste gas.

9. If you want to inspect the indoor sample environment, you can open the outer door or peep from the glass door, but the outer door is not opened often to avoid heat leakage. When the temperature rises to about 300 degrees, open the door Probably will cause the glass to suddenly cool and break.
