[Reporter] Hello, Mr. Chen. What was your reason for choosing a partner when it first involved the bathroom industry?


[Chen enhanced] In the past few years, the entire market, including consumers, everyone's awareness of the brand is actually very low. However, consumers will spontaneously choose products with better quality, which is the consumer's need for self-protection. Therefore, when the agent operates this brand, we pay great attention to the quality of the products.


After I started to contact Jiu Mu, I felt that the owner of Jiu Mu and the management of the company regarded the quality of the products as the lifeline of the brand. They were very concerned about the quality, including the design and the comfort of use. These made me feel deeply. Therefore, I personally are very optimistic about this brand, and I am willing to put some energy into it on this brand. It can also be said that it is a beautiful youth of oneself, and is willing to come to the cause as a choice form for the development of one's own career.


[Reporter] I believe that this spirit of making the brand of Jiu Mu as its own business is also a secret to success in making it bigger and stronger in the Beijing market. So now the Beijing market is known to be very competitive. I don’t know how the development of Beijing’s Jiu Mu is. In the course of this 13 years of struggle, I have already seen the scale of the enterprise, so what is your marketing strategy? ?


[Chen Enhancement] In fact, from the Jiu Mu Group to the national marketing center, we are always studying how to better meet the needs of consumers.


We are guided by customer needs and create as much as possible a user who is more convenient to buy and use, including meeting the health needs of consumers. Now, Jiu Mu advocates a new concept of a healthy bathroom, which contains low-carbon, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and water-saving, including this more meaningful, consumer health needs. In terms of product design, we began to pay more attention to this piece, put forward the concept of health, and then guide our consumers how to use, how to choose, such a sanitary brand that is good for health.


Moreover, in terms of the function of the product, we also propose to design some ways of healthy execution and healthy use. In the design of the product, a lot of research and development is also being done to do this. How to achieve this all-round bathroom and bring more value to more consumers? After I put this idea forward, I will go to the market in this big direction. Including our shopping environment in the terminal store to make the shopping environment more welcoming, more convenient for consumers to choose.


From the beginning of a single hardware faucet product, to the current ceramic-like products, toilets, wash basins, ceramic products, Jiu Mu Jomoo gradually moved toward the development direction of the overall bathroom, has achieved the overall bathroom product layout, more convenient for consumers Choice and purchase. We create a better shopping environment on the terminal storefront, and upgrade the storefront. The next step will be to focus on some e-commerce sales and create a way for consumers to buy. These are some of the things we do. Service is important because the service is also providing consumers with some convenient conditions, saving consumers time, so that consumers are comfortable to use. [Reporter] You are talking about the strategy of Jiu Mu's entire marketing service. I want to know how we describe it in the Beijing market. How do we summarize it?


[Chen Enhancement] We still have a lot of deficiencies, and it is also the direction of our efforts. Because we want to create a kind of service that is sincere, it is actually a kind of service from the heart, that is, every employee is the same, from the heart to the consumer is very good, especially through sincere service, can create Out, it can be said that it is really moving. Sincerely let consumers touch, this is a service concept of ours.


[Reporter] We know that in 2010, Jiumu Sanitary Ware launched a brand and upgraded a strategy. You signed Li Bingbing. I saw the appearance of Jiumu cabinets in 2010, including the development of the whole bathroom product just mentioned in such a strategy, then I want to know if such a brand upgrade strategy has any objective on our sales today. The role?


[Chen-enhanced] This is definitely there. In fact, with the improvement of people's living standards, everyone's requirements for sanitary products and home improvement products are getting higher and higher. The brand should be in front of the demand and should also be for customers. That is to say, we can provide a guiding consumption concept for our customers. I think it will play a key role in brand upgrade.


[Reporter] We know that the biggest feature of Jiu Mu is that the number of repeat customers is relatively large, and there are some advantages in fighting for old customers. What did you do in Beijing?


[Chen Enhancement] Actually, I mentioned that the product itself is very important. The product is a key to impressing consumers, because many consumers just touched the first house a few years ago, even a dozen years ago. After a long time, the product was found to be very practical and durable, and the performance of the product was very good. Therefore, when he was in the second renovation, he would choose Jiumu products first because he was very comfortable with this product. This is to say that the product itself, he said that the series of services, including some of us, just mentioned, provide customers with some good shopping environment, convenience, these are very important.


[Reporter] So, in terms of product installation and after-sales service standards, will we have any clear requirements for our construction team?


[Chen enhanced] The after-sales service team is very important. We must first have a strict process, that is, pick up the customer's phone call, process, and how to answer the call. How to record, we have to specify how long it must have a reply, how long it must be in place, and so on some basic services, how to let him do the service, there are quantitative assessment criteria.


[Reporter] I hope that we will go to the construction site for a while, and we will be able to reflect such a standard. So in this process we have to do more interview reports, then now Jiumu Sanitary, you are the biggest agent in the Beijing market, do not know how the situation of our channel layout, then Jin Jiuyin 10 is coming soon, do you have Prepared?


[Chen-enhanced] Our main channel is in the specialty stores of various building materials cities. Our Beijing has nearly 100 specialty stores, so this time, we are also in the process of upgrading some storefronts. Of course, some of the previous ones have been re-established. The renovation is over, some of them are still being done now, and some may be a bit late. This means that we are actively preparing for the arrival of the sales season. Of course, we will also have a good promotion plan, which means that in this big holiday, we will produce excellent products from the group headquarters to the marketing center and give back to the consumers of Jiu Mu.
