Among them, the national joint random inspection involved 305 batches of products produced by 305 enterprises, and 26 batches of products produced by 26 enterprises were unqualified.
This time, a total of 70 batches of products produced by 70 wooden furniture manufacturers were sampled, 63 batches of products produced by 63 enterprises were qualified, and 7 batches of products produced by 7 enterprises were unqualified. The quality problems found in the spot check were that the amount of formaldehyde released and the woodwork requirements were unqualified. In this spot check, 7 batches of formaldehyde were unqualified. The main reasons for the failure: First, the formulation of the adhesive used by the enterprise is not scientific or the control of the rubber-making process is not strict, resulting in excessive formaldehyde; the second is the use of excess adhesive.
