If the acidity is too high, the printed product will be dull; if the acidity is too low, the printed product will be easily pasted and dirty.

Alcohol-The role of alcohol is volatile and can take away heat. After adding alcohol to the water, it can reduce the surface tension of the water, so that the water can be evenly distributed on the printing plate; when printing, the amount of alcohol is generally set to 11%- Between 15%, the alcohol concentration will not be displayed correctly after more than 15%, and the maximum should not be higher than 18%. Otherwise, according to the software setting of Tai Chuang, it will automatically protect the shutdown after 15 minutes. If the alcohol concentration is too low, the printed products are easy to be dirty; the standard temperature of alcohol is generally controlled between 10 ℃ -12 ℃, especially in summer, the minimum temperature cannot be lower than 9 ℃, the temperature is too high, the heat of the printing plate is not easy to take away, the temperature If it is too low, the load of the alcohol tank is too heavy, and at the same time, a large amount of condensate will be produced, which is not conducive to ensuring the quality of the print.

Wetting powder-the main ingredient is a surfactant, which can improve the activity of the entire bucket liquid. The main role of the arabic resin inside is to protect the printing plate and improve the printing durability of the printing plate. In addition, there are certain additives for suppressing foaming agents. When wetting powders are used, they should be operated in strict accordance with the instructions.

In particular, during the actual operation, when adding water to the water tank, alcohol and additives are required; when the control cabinet is added with alcohol concentration or additives, water is also required. Water and alcohol or additives must be added at the same time, which can maintain the basic balance of the solution concentration, which is conducive to the stability of the product dampening effect. Some operators directly add a large amount of anhydrous alcohol to the fountain solution, which may cause the local concentration of the solution to be extremely unbalanced, which will affect the printing durability of the printing plate, and even cause the fountain solution tank to be protected due to excessive alcohol concentration.
