1. The production line has the characteristics of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and integrated innovation.
1) Filling of tea beverages and fruit juice beverages is carried out using ordinary PET bottles at a temperature of 70°C. The product meets the shelf life requirement without adding any preservatives.
2) The spray of mist-like disinfectant is sprayed twice, and the sterile water is sprayed once to ensure that the bottle is in a sterile state. The cap sterilization system ensures that the lid is sterile. Class 100 air purification system and isolation and sealing windows ensure the filling environment is sterile.
3) The bottle transmission adopts the card bottleneck structure. The change bottle type does not need to adjust the equipment and change spare parts.
4) The UHT is directly connected to the filling machine using a non-filled cylinder structure, and an advanced voltage regulator system is adopted to reduce the pollution and improve the filling stability.
5) Filling system is equipped with automatic temperature control function to monitor and display the material temperature, and has alarm function.
6) The five-bit machine applies PLC centralized control, modularized subsection transmission, frequency conversion speed synchronization tracking technology, and touch screen display human-machine dialogue technology.
7) All lines and related stand-alone machines use magnetic transmission torque capping, centralized lubrication, CIP automatic cleaning and other advanced technologies.

The production line has been officially put into use in more than 40 units such as Pharmaceutical Group No. 6 of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Japan Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Indonesia LUVIN Group, etc. It has been used in good conditions and has achieved good economic and social benefits, and has won praise from users.
