The first development was the coating innovation on the inside of blow-molded bottles, a pure crystalline transparent layer containing silica. The Tetra Pak inner coating system can be applied to PET bottles of various sizes of more than 2 liters, with a capacity of 18,000 bottles per hour. The Tetra Pak second system is a PET bottle injection molding preform system with a special shielding material. The technology is characterized by allowing on-line detection and variable, as well as allowing larger concentrations of coating. At the same time, the shielding level can be determined according to the requirements of consumers. The pre-formation of the shielding material will, depending on the use, will contain the entire stretch blow molding system.
