First, the installation of the foundation must meet the standard requirements

After installing it in a new factory for a short period of time, frequent failures occurred, the accuracy of the machine was reduced, and the printing process was also in trouble. It is difficult to rule out that product quality cannot be guaranteed. In desperation, this offset press was resold to another user. After the buyer buys and installs the second mobile phone, the accuracy of the machine is obviously better than that of the original. The use performance is also relatively stable. In the printing process, the scene can be quickly eliminated and the quality of the printed product is normal. The same two offset presses installed before and after use will have such a big difference in performance and quality. After analysis, the reason is that there is a difference in the foundation quality of the equipment installation. The foundation quality of the former installation does not meet the requirements and the foundation quality of the latter installation. And the installation quality is normal. Because the equipment foundation has a direct impact on the equipment installation quality, equipment accuracy and accuracy of stability and retention, as well as the quality of processed products and so on. Therefore, equipment installation is an important part of the pre-management of the equipment. Prior to equipment installation, the design and production quality of the equipment foundation should be emphasized so that it meets the requirements of the national standards for power equipment basic design and meets the requirements for equipment installation. The normal use of the equipment and even the quality of the product is obviously of paramount importance.
Second, adjust the leveling to maintain its stability
The standard equipment installation shall be based on the layout plan of the equipment process and relevant installation technical requirements (such as the installation requirements on the equipment product description), and the equipment to be installed shall be installed on the basis of specifications, leveled and stabilized to meet the requirements of the installation specification. And through debugging, operation, so that it meets the requirements of the production process.
The new offset press equipment has been used for car-carrying tests before leaving the factory. All technical indicators have been in compliance with the factory's standards. Third, several projects that should be debugged
1. No-load operation. Including variable-speed empty-vehicle operation and empty-vehicle operation at the highest speed. Listen to the machine for abnormal noise and observe whether the body has any special vibration.
2. Test printing. Full version 50% dot printing (40-60l/cm). The general supplies of red and cyan printing are more obvious to observe, and it is better to see if the idea is strong and clear. When printing, it is best to attach a creed in order to observe the enlargement rate of each part of the network. At the same time, full-field printing is also carried out to see if the ink is even, flat and with no ink bars.
3. Registration situation. Observe the surrounding crosshairs, including the bite, tipping, and body registration, as well as the self-registration (that is, the printed sheet is overprinted once more), whether it meets the quality requirements of the machine factory.
4. Oil spill. It is generally more accurate to observe the machine after a normal operation for a day or two.
5. After the machine is used normally for one month or one quarter, the level of the impression cylinder, plate cylinder, and the vertical level of some parts are detected with a level gauge.
