Design concept: Designed under the existing usage habits, by adding a new structure, the container can be deformed according to the amount of internal storage, become a changeable internal storage space, and can easily extrude air, thereby reducing the chance of deterioration of internal storage. And reduce the space occupied by the container.
Solution: A foldable prismatic structure is designed in the lower half of the bottom of the bottle, which not only reinforces the container itself, but also enables the annular prismatic part of the bottle body to be folded in the longitudinal direction, thereby extruding excess air.
Use analysis: Take the Pepsi round bottle as an example (see Figure 2) and make multiple circular ribs at the bottom. By folding and compressing, the bottle can extrude about 30% of air. Effective realization of the concept effect. Through experiments, multiple bottles can also achieve design effects.
Material analysis: The plastic bottle adopts the hollow blow molding technology. The new idea does not change the processing technology. The manufacturing cost is not high and it is easy to implement.
