The five-tier unit produced by the company has a clear market advantage over traditional three-tier units. The proportion of products produced by the five-layer heavy-duty composite blown film unit is: outer layer 25%, second layer 15%, middle layer 20%, fourth layer 15%, and inner layer 25%. The unit allows the addition of cheaper materials in the second and fourth layers, which can reduce the production cost while enhancing the high barrier properties of the film. The equipment can also produce PA heavy packaging film, to make up for the weakness of the composite ability of PA and other materials.
