4 Promoting scientific research and improving scientific and technological level We pay attention to conducting professional and technical exchanges with companies and developing horizontal research projects in the process of internships and business contacts with factories. We successively cooperated with Dalian Sanzihe Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Dalian Huarong Color Printing Co., Ltd., Dalian Development Zone Zhengtai Paper Co., Ltd., Dalian Delitai Paper Pallet Technology Co., Ltd. and other units have reached a research cooperation intention or established a joint production, research, and research relationship. Through the cooperation in scientific research, they have improved the scientific research ability of packaging professional teachers and students and promoted Improve professional teaching. We cooperated with the Center for Audio-Visual Education and used the teaching video “Shrink Packaging Technology†based on Dalian Sanzihe Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Dalian United Packing Products Co., Ltd., Dalian Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. and Dalian Zhongrong Wood Products Co., Ltd. in 1999. In October, the evaluation of audio-visual films in the national light industry colleges and universities was well received by relevant experts and peers in the same field, and won the first prize. The play of packaging students in practice teaching has also received good results. During the internship teaching process, we conducted in-depth technical and theoretical research on the technical difficulties encountered by the packaging companies in actual production, reviewed relevant literature, wrote more than 30 research papers, and published them in domestic magazines. Promoting the development of packaging technology has played a positive role.
5 Internships in a variety of ways, closely integrated with employers
We have adopted a variety of methods in our internship teaching activities. In the process of recognizing internships and production internships, we focus on organizing students to visit relevant packaging companies for internships. The internship enterprises involve a wide range of products, including paper product printing and packaging, and plastics. Color printing, wine and beverages, metal containers, printing plates, paper molds and trays, packaging machinery, packaging inspection, etc., enable students to understand a wide range of production process technology and application fields of various packaging products. In the graduate internship process, we adopted a combination of centralized practice and decentralized internship. The concentrated internship was led by two professional teachers to Shanghai, Tianjin, and other places, and collectively went to some packaging-related companies to conduct internships and collect graduation design institutes. Required information materials; distributed internships are usually contacted by the students themselves, or after graduation, they will receive the student's employers, or the packaging companies related to the graduation project, and the internship companies will be more professional. The flexibility of the scattered practice is relatively large. We focus on this part of the students. Before the internship, we carefully review the students’ internship companies, and ask the students about the internship outlines and requirements for the production and products of the enterprise. After the students complete the internship, The enterprise shall make an appraisal and summary of each student's learning process and performance in the internship process, and feedback to the teaching and research office as the basis for assessment of the internship. The scattered practice has the following advantages:
Students can examine in detail the production process, equipment and product conditions of the internship manufacturers, learn in-depth and meticulously the knowledge that is difficult to learn in the internship, and help improve the quality and effectiveness of the internship;
(2) Students can combine the determined graduation design topics to collect the technical information and materials required for graduation design, which will help improve the quality and level of graduation design results;
(3) Decentralized internships, especially for students who are internships with employers, can become familiar with the job in advance and enter the job role as soon as possible after graduation so that they can play a role faster;
(4) It is relatively easy for the manufacturer to accept a small number of internship teams so that it is convenient for the dispersed or concentrated practice to contact the internship manufacturers.
In short, after several years of practical teaching practice, we have explored some new methods and ideas that adapt to the practice of teaching packaging in the new situation. I hope that it can provide reference for and help expand the practice teaching activities after enrollment in the future. .
