This paper analyzes that one of the main reasons for the low sampling viscosity at the wellhead of the agglomerated 4-6 area polymer flooding south block is that the polymer mother liquor and the sewage are mixed unevenly. In response to this problem, Xu Guangtian led the researchers to sample and test repeatedly, and successfully developed a new type of premixer, which solved the problem of unequal mixing of ultra-high polymer salt-resistant polymer and sewage, and successfully installed it on 88 wells. In addition, they also developed a new sampler for the problem of low well-viscosity at the wellhead, so that the sample taken at the wellhead is representative.
