Plastic bottled beverages have been attracting consumers with their good storage performance and repeated use. Many people even use beverage bottles (PET bottles) to store daily condiments. But who knows that there are hidden dangers in this bottle? ? After a thorough investigation into the industry, the reporter learned of an “open secret”: the current universal bottle design may be flawed, and can directly lead to “secondary pollution” of the beverage – the threaded part of the bottle mouth and the bottle cap mold.

At present, there have been reports of contamination of the bottle mouth, which are usually handled as individual events. However, professionals in the industry know that this is a certain flaw in the sealing structure. In fact, the currently used plastic beverage bottle sealing structure does not protect the hygiene of the threaded part of the bottle mouth, because the threaded part of the bottle mouth is not sealed and protected.

With regard to the problem of prolonged mildew in PET bottles, it is currently a major problem that has plagued the beverage industry. There has been no effective solution. In the past, various bottle cap transformation methods were not satisfactory, but the industry has also been seeking new solutions.

Recently, a new type of sealing structure design has attracted the attention of some industry players. The author interviewed some of the senior members of the industry and welcomed the solution. A senior person pointed out that the sealing structure added a seal at the bottom of the lid without changing the existing bottle top sealing structure and sealing effect. The thread of the bottle mouth is protected to avoid contamination in the circulation and sales process, thereby eliminating the safety and hygiene hazards of the threaded part of the bottle mouth. At the same time, because the bottom of the lid is sealed more, the chance that the beverage itself is contaminated and becomes defective will be greatly reduced. The sealing structure is suitable for the sealing of various beverages, and its production cost does not increase substantially in comparison with the current technology in the long run.
