2. Tools and materials

(1) Conical steel body of ink-adjusting knife and wooden reed, 200mm long, 20mm widest and 8mm narrowest.

(2) The blade is made of stainless steel, 92mm × 59mm × 0.5mm, and the blade is 9 ° wide at an angle of 25 °.

(3) Scraping proof paper base paper (in accordance with ZB Y32 002), specification 110mm × 65mm.

(4) Standard white ink.

(5) Standard black ink.

3. Instruments

(1) Analyze the balance with a maximum load of 200g and a sensitivity of 1mg.

(2) Round glass 2mm, diameter 90-100mm.

4. Inspection conditions

(1) The inspection should be carried out at a temperature of (25 ± 1) ° C and a relative humidity of 65% ± 5%.

(2) When observing the dilute and scratched samples, it should be carried out under the D65 standard lighting body.

5. Inspection steps

(1) Using an analytical balance, weigh 2 g of standard white ink and 0.2 g of sample ink on a round glass sheet. Using the same method and the same ratio, weigh standard white ink and standard ink. Mix the weighed ink thoroughly with the adjustment blade.

(2) Use the ink adjusting knife to take about 0.5g of the leveled standard sample and apply it to the upper left of the scraping paper, and then take about 0.5g of the leveled sample to apply to the upper right of the scraping paper.

(3) Place the doctor blade above the coated ink sample so that the main part of the doctor blade is perpendicular to the doctor paper. Then, scrape the ink into a thin layer on the scraping paper from top to bottom. When scraping to 35-45mm, reduce the force to make the inside angle of the blade approximately 25 °, and coat the ink with a thick ink layer . The final scratch shape should be similar to the schematic diagram in GB / T 14624.1.

(4) Observe whether the surface color and ink color of the sample and the standard sample are consistent. If they are inconsistent, change the amount of standard white ink of the sample until the diluted sample and the standard sample are consistent.

(5) After scraping the sample, the ink color reflected in the observation within 30S shall prevail.

6. Inspection results
