There are many reasons for the pattern, such as the pressure of the roller, the water roller and the ink roller is too large, the water bucket syrup is too large or the water is too large, the paper sand is too much or the blanket is too hard and so on. The common cause of floral patterns caused by ink is as follows:
1) The ink pigment particles are too thick and too hard, and the friction on the plate surface is large. Especially for the fine dots, the friction destroys the pattern ink-absorbing foundation and causes the flower plate. Some pigments have slight corrosion to the layout, and the ink-absorbing foundation that damages the pattern of the layout will also cause floral patterns.
2) Insufficient oiliness of the ink, weak resistance to the acidic solution, and the ink layer on the basis of the layout pattern is invaded by the acidic solution to cause a floral pattern.
3) The viscosity of the ink is not suitable, and the viscosity of the ink is too large. The cohesion of the ink is also large. In the transfer process, the ink layer is not easy to break, resulting in the lack of residual ink layer on the layout pattern and the flower pattern; the viscosity is too small, the ink on the layout Adhesion is not strong, the layout of the layout of the foundation can not be protected by the remaining layer of ink, the foundation of the pattern is directly caused by the invasion and friction of the acidic solution caused by the flower version.
Approach:
1) The ink has low oiliness, low viscosity, low adhesion, common in black ink and 915 dilute ink, can add some 05-09 or 01-93 bright light to improve performance (black ink should not exceed 10%).
2) The viscosity of the ink is too large, resulting in insufficient ink layer on the plate and floral pattern. Adding No. 6 varnish or Kangbang remover can be used to improve.
3) The ink pigment particles are too coarse and corrosive (for example, chrome yellow ink). Replace the ink or grind the ink before use.
