5. The PS version is stored in the warehouse for more than one week before it is out of the warehouse, and it is stored in an environment protected from light and moisture. If the ambient temperature is too high or too humid, the chemical molecules of the photosensitive layer are very active and easily absorb the moisture in the air, causing the photosensitive layer to fall off and premature aging and deterioration. At the plate making stage, the temperature and humidity of the workshop environment should be adjusted. At the same time, the storage period should be shortened as much as possible. The printing plate storage period should not exceed half a year.

6. Reduce the coefficient of friction between the printing plate and the blanket and reduce the occurrence of accelerated wear. When the plate is coated with a hydrophilic colloid, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the concentration of the colloid meets the requirements, the coating colloid is uniform, the thickness is appropriate, and the low-energy surface and the high-energy surface of the blank portion of the graphic part are ensured, and the plate is not damaged by air oxidation.
