1. Check the film density carefully before printing, and use different exposure methods and exposure times depending on the density of the film. During the printing process, the amount of exposure is properly controlled. Before a batch of PS new editions are used, it is best to do exposure experiments first to determine the appropriate exposure time for the batch. Also pay close attention to the vacuum conditions of the plate-making machine. Do not pump too quickly or slow down. The development stage of the printing plate, strictly control the length of the development time, pay attention to the proportion of the developer and the temperature. When baking, pay attention to the correct matching baking solution and control the baking time.

2. Carefully adjust the center distance of the roller, measure the lining of the roller accurately, carefully correct the pressure of the water roller and the ink roller, make the pressure of the roller, ink roller and water roller ideal for a long time, and reduce the friction on the surface of the printing plate.

3. The ink maintains good fluidity so that the printing plate graphic portion maintains enough residual ink layer. During the printing process, the driers are properly used to prevent early drying during ink transfer.

4. Accurately formulating fountain solution, PH value should be mastered according to the characteristics of different plates. In the printing process, the balance between ink and water is well controlled, and the principle of printing plates is not dirty, so that the fountain solution will not invade the graphic parts. After shutting down, the printing plate is not suitable for long-term reliance on the watering roller containing fountain solution, so as to avoid erosion of the fountain solution and damage the printing plate.

5. The PS version is stored in the warehouse for more than one week before it is out of the warehouse, and it is stored in an environment protected from light and moisture. If the ambient temperature is too high or too humid, the chemical molecules of the photosensitive layer are very active and easily absorb the moisture in the air, causing the photosensitive layer to fall off and premature aging and deterioration. At the plate making stage, the temperature and humidity of the workshop environment should be adjusted. At the same time, the storage period should be shortened as much as possible. The printing plate storage period should not exceed half a year.

6. Reduce the coefficient of friction between the printing plate and the blanket and reduce the occurrence of accelerated wear. When the plate is coated with a hydrophilic colloid, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the concentration of the colloid meets the requirements, the coating colloid is uniform, the thickness is appropriate, and the low-energy surface and the high-energy surface of the blank portion of the graphic part are ensured, and the plate is not damaged by air oxidation.
