According to the person in charge of the company's operations, the new technology lies in the fact that twin-screw extruders can highly disperse nylon into fine particles. At present, Germany is increasingly using PET bottles to package beer and implement a plastic bottle deposit system, resulting in a significant increase in the recovery of PET/Nylon bottles. Prior to the implementation of the mandatory deposit system, most of the PET bottles recovered in Germany were exported to China. This technology provides strong technical support for the deposit system of German plastic beer bottles.
