Whether the paper is flat or not, the result is no problem. Later, I accidentally found a strip of glue on the circumference of the water bucket roller. It is suspected that this kind of glue caused uneven water supply and caused a "bar" to appear on the printed product. Wipe off the glue and try printing again. "Bar" eliminate.

The problem was solved, but a few days later, the glue marks of the bucket roller appeared again. At first, when it was suspected to be a cover plate, the cover glue accidentally touched the bucket roller. However, no matter how carefully you seal the plate, there will always be glue marks on the water bucket roller. Moreover, when the plate is sealed, the water bucket roller is far away from the plate surface, and the glue cannot be transmitted to the water bucket roller. Later, it was found that the bucket used for the alcohol fountain solution was a bucket filled with film glue, and there was residual glue in it that was not washed. A line of glue appeared on the bucket roller. This kind of problem is not uncommon in printing houses, but it should be noted that improper operation will artificially add trouble to the printing press.
