Determination of Baicalin in Qutanzhike Mixture by HPLC. Establish a method for the determination of Qutanzhike Mixture. Method: The content of baicalin in expectorant and cough suppressant was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The content of baicalin in this product was 0.512 ～ 0.541mg / ml measured by HPLC method. The concentration of the solution showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.40 ～ 2.00μg. R = 0.9993. The rate was 99.85% (n = 5), and the RSD was 0.69%. Conclusion: The quantitative method of this product is simple and accurate, and its specificity can control the internal quality of the preparation.
