Composition and characteristics of foaming ink
Foaming ink is made of water-based resin and water-based water solvent, microsphere foam and other additives. Because the water-based binder is used in the foaming ink, it is easy to use and has no pollution, and the ink has good passability and reproducibility to the screen. The ink layer has good solvent resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. And the characteristics of no deformation under heavy load. The emulsions used in foaming inks are generally cross-linking synthetic resin emulsions, cross-linking propylene emulsions, cross-linking reaction propylene emulsions or bad oxygen emulsions, and urethane emulsions. The microsphere foam in the foaming ink is a thermoplastic polymer particle in the shape of "hollow", generally made of polyvinylidene chloride or vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile, or acrylic methyl and acrylonitrile. The hollow part contains a volatile expansion agent, which is mostly carbon compounds such as ethane, propane, butane, etc. The diameter of the microspheres is generally between 5 microns and 150 microns. The content of the microsphere foam in the ink is generally 5% to 50%. The content of the microsphere foam is low, and the foaming effect is not good. If the content is too high, the fluidity of the ink decreases, making the ink layer uneven. The ink uses various dyes, pigments, and colorants to adjust the ink to obtain the desired color. Other auxiliary agents used in the ink are stabilizers, tackifiers, defoamers, oxidation inhibitors, ultraviolet absorbers, etc. Galvanized Hexagonal Wire Netting
