After two years of design and development, the first soft bag packing machine in China was successfully developed at Wuhan Rentian Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. recently. The special packing equipment of model DXX1201 has been tested in Jilin Salt Industry Co., Ltd. After two months of unstable period, all the operating parameters of the machine have reached the design expectations.
According to reports, the aircraft consists of five parts: 1) Pick-up device: It is used to remove the empty box from the box blank, and it is finished and shaped. The machine needs only one person to operate. The automatic control system uses a liquid crystal display to provide information on machine operation status. Fault information stored in the machine is displayed to the user with clear and precise instructions so that the fault can be quickly tracked and eliminated.
