When stretching the glue, a dehumidifying device should be prepared or the infrared lamp should be used in conjunction with the fan to dry.

6. The temperature of the oven is preferably 40 ~ 45 ° C. If it exceeds 50 ° C, the viscose adhesive will start to soften and it is easy to drop the net.

It should be noted that many peers like to use cheap all-purpose adhesives as viscose adhesives, please use them with caution. Compared with viscose adhesives, universal adhesive stretch nets have the following disadvantages: ①The surface viscosity is large and it is not easy to penetrate the net; ②The drying time is long and the work efficiency is low; ③The film is soft, the initial viscosity and the final stretch net strength are not high; ④Coated Poor brushing, easy to draw; ⑤ poor adhesion to the frame; ⑥ easy to off the net in rainy and wet days. 7. After sticking the net with universal adhesive, it is not easy to tear the old net and stretch the net. The remaining universal adhesive on the frame is uneven, which affects the next stretch of the net.
