The biggest feature of the new product is that the imaging speed far exceeds the previously introduced models. The key to this progress is DSI technology, Digital Screen Imaging Technology (DSI). The further optimized DSI technology, combined with a more stable imaging system, makes the new generation of products more reliable. As with previous generations of products, the new UV-Setter also uses conventional media, but the new product uses a combination of a violet laser diode generator and a traditional basysPrint exposure head. That is, in addition to the conventional exposure head, a number of violet laser generators are added. A light energy compensation system collects the energy of the violet laser and transmits it to the DMD through an optical filter. Therefore, the new system greatly increases the exposure speed.

The new generation of UV-setters consists of 11 types 15 and 16 models with a maximum exposure area of ​​1375×2050mm, l535×2100mm and l535×3170mm, respectively.
