It is planned to print with a monochromatic machine. The color sequence is generally Y, M, C, K according to the conventional process. From the original, the text is overprinted with Y and M. The monochromatic machine generally prints Y and M colors first. Due to the rainy season, it is very humid, the paper swells heavily, and the text strokes are too fine, so overprinting is difficult to guarantee. If the Y and M colors are placed in the subsequent color sequence printing, it will also affect the overprint. After careful study of the manuscript and film, it was found that there are few dots in the M version of the picture, but there are a few dots in the four-color overprint of the dark and dark tone, so I decided to make the following changes:
First print the PS version normally, and then repair the outlets in the M version of the picture with a revision solution, leaving only the text part, and then the Y part of the text part, and the other reservations, C and K versions remain unchanged. When printing, first print the M version, but use gold and red ink to print, and then print in the Y, C, K color sequence.
The hue and saturation of the finished product printed by this method meet the requirements. Although the M version of the dot is removed in the darkest place, the hue is almost not affected.
