In fact, companies are experiencing problems every day, and these problems are manifested in various forms. For example, the negligence of environmental inspections before production led to the fact that a small screw was not found on the feed frame. Moreover, adjustment of pressure is not feasible; it is not possible to increase the amount of ink; reducing printing speed is not enough. Then what to do, find a machine repair, and finally changed an anilox roller.

Many problems often start with something that is too small to be small, and end with a major event. There is a link between things. One thing has happened. If it is not handled, it will trigger a chain reaction. The difference only happens immediately afterwards, or it lurks and waits for an opportunity to move. The solution to the problem often determines the extent to which the problem can be solved. The problem must accumulate to a certain extent before it can emerge. This degree is the degree of violation of the standard. From this perspective, the problem is not to look for it. As long as it is a problem, it will certainly “take out”.

However, no matter when the “drums” are discovered, how can they be fundamentally resolved once the problems are discovered? How can we not only take care of the current situation, but also fundamentally solve the problem? How can you solve the problem and let everyone accept that part of the company's capabilities? Here is a very important tool - 8D work method. This method of work was the invention of Ford and was applied first. For five years, Ford's production costs have been reduced by one-third and productivity has increased nearly five-fold.

According to the 8D method of work, when problems arise, they must first discuss the problems and the causes of the problems and form a working group. In the face of problems, urgent solutions (or remissions) are needed. This requires a cause analysis and an emergency plan. As in the case, a good anilox roll was first exchanged for the equipment to solve the urgent need.

Next, we need to analyze the process of this problem and a series of reasons. Get the root cause of the problem and work out a series of fundamental measures to prevent these problems from happening. These measures are the fundamental solution to this problem. By implementing this fundamental scheme, the recurrence of similar accidents is avoided from the process. Moreover, these problems have also been avoided and other accidents have occurred.

Finally, it is necessary to evaluate the effect of the implementation of the plan and reward and punish the evaluation. This forms a complete system. With this system, problems will have nowhere to hide. Any accident can occur at most once.

Through the 8D work method, the problem will become the starting factor of the order, and the person responsible for the problem becomes the customer of the problem order. Through the 8D workflow, problems will be resolved in the form of problem orders. The person who solves the problem will also evaluate the performance according to the obtained results, fully embody the principle of fairness according to the distribution of labor, and present a situation in which everyone contends for problems. Through this mechanism, the problems encountered will not be hidden and will not be circumvented, and the frustrations in the fables will be completely solved.
