(3) In daily printing, the pH value should be 4.8-5.3 for rubber products. For gold, silver ink and other special inks, the pH value should be 6.0-7.0.

(4) If isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is used, the purity must be above 99.9%, and the amount added should not exceed 5%. When the amount is exceeded, the operator should take measures to prevent the poisoning of organic solvents.

(5) A large amount of dust, paper powder, ink and cleaning liquid will be mixed into the fountain solution to personalize the printing, so that the water quality will change. Therefore, the current fountain solution should be released every week. The system is thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new fluid.
