The Emballage Exhibition 2006 was held in Paris from November 20th to 24th. At the Sacmi Group's booth, Sacmi demonstrated its integrated Sinergie system designed for PET bottle blowing, filling, capping and labeling. A system developed specifically for the integration of PET bottle blowing, filling, capping and labelling lines.

The Combo model is the first ring of the production line and integrates the blowing system with the ultra-clean filling system. It eliminates the traditional air conveyor belts, which also avoids the mechanical problems and pollution that may occur during transmission. The Combo model places the blowing and filling process in a controlled environment: the blowing machine, filling machine and capping unit are all located in a closed space surrounded by stainless steel and tempered glass, which allows the production area and the surrounding environment Completely isolated.
After the bottle has been blown, filled and capped, it will be transported through a conveyor belt to a fully innovative intelligent stacking system for an ultra-compact layout solution. Its equipped equipment is usually used in the world's most advanced transmission system.
Although the Sinergie system only occupies a few meters in length, it can ensure the electrical synchronisation of the blowing/filling/screw cap triad and labeler. It can automatically move bottles to a stacking platform with a three-minute buffer when the labeler stops, ensuring that the bottles can be subsequently labeled.
The efficient full-bottle combiner enables the labeler to automatically process the stacked bottles by increasing the actual production speed until the synchronization system function is re-established.
The Sinergie system can be used on extremely tight lines. The development of an online stacking system also allows customers to significantly reduce bottle transfer times when necessary, ensuring that the entire system operates efficiently.
In this way, the operator only needs to replace the consumables and saves almost all other operations. At the same time, after the double-cover channel/double reel system, the bottle stacking system and the subsequent speed recovery system, factors that reduce the overall line efficiency are generally reduced (eg, the labeling machine replaces the label, and the blower stands by Cover ramps, etc.) The impact can be minimized.
The installation of the Sinergie system does not require the factory to make excessive preparations in advance. Only one main sewer is required: the entire system is equipped with a flushing device.
The Sinergie system uses a modular concept; all components can be separated and then installed in the rinser, cooling tunnel, dryer, bottle/lid disinfection system - each component plays its part.
The Sinergie system has a friendly interface that requires only one operator; it can be remotely monitored and guided by remote assistance systems.
The factory commissioning of the Sinergie system usually invites the customer's technicians to assist in the Sacmi factory, so that their training can be used to achieve the best results in less time.
The Sinergie system can be used for production lines from 6,000 to 60,000 bottles/hour. This demonstration was carried out on the entire Sacmi Solo-Mas 8/40/10 Combo line. This line is used for the production of 0.33 to 2 litre bottles, at 14,000 bottles/hour per hour.
