The OLAND700 automatic ink supply system uses a high-precision potentiometer to feed the position of the ink key to the computer center. The main console sets the value of the ink key, and the ink key is driven by the stepper motor on each ink key position to make the ink key Movement within an appropriate stroke, so as to distribute the amount of ink in the ink tank as required, to ensure that the thickness of the ink layer at each ink level on the ink roller is accurate.

After a period of operation of the printing press, some parts will wear out, and the control system may also produce errors. Therefore, the ink tank should be opened regularly to clean the ink knife, and the ink supply remote control system should be maintained and maintained.

Pay attention to the following points when applying anti-leak glue and installing ink keys:

2. 3. The ink knife can swing left and right on the ink knife holder. This is because the ink knife will not cause uneven scraping due to the misalignment when it touches the ink roller. 5. The circuit board of 34 ink keys is connected by 26 wires in parallel, adopting the address strobe patrol inspection and patrol control mode.
