Maintain the "health" of printing presses to solve printing press malfunctions

China Education Equipment Procurement Network News: Daily health care of the machine is also indispensable. Some printer faults can be identified by sound, and the location, degree, and cause of the fault can be judged by abnormal sounds, so that timely measures can be taken to deal with them accordingly.

1. The paper suction nozzle makes a slippery "chirp" sound

This is due to the serious wear of the nozzle during long-term use, the suction surface is smooth, or the air path is not smooth, the suction is too small, or it may be due to excessive paper thickness, slippage, or adhesion. According to the situation. Generally, there are the following methods: ① Put a rubber band on the suction nozzle; ② scratch the suction surface of the suction nozzle with a saw blade or sandpaper to increase friction; ③ clean the feeder and clear the air passage; ⑤ Relevant treatment of paper.

2. There is a "chirp" sound in both mouths of the paper suction nozzle

It may be caused by the following reasons: one is improper adjustment and the suction hole is not correct; the second is that the fixed screw of the piston automatically moves outward, causing the angle of the two suction nozzles to change, which is not parallel to the paper; the third is the air path is blocked or the air volume of the air pump small. Sometimes this happens when the paper is not blown by the blower or the presser foot presses too much, and the brush stops the paper. Can be handled according to the situation.

3. When printing, the drum part makes a "boom" sound

This sound may be caused by the loosening of the plate-drawing screw of the plate clamp. Often, the two platen screws in the middle of the plate clamp will make such a sound once they are loose. When the machine is stopped, the screws can be tightened.

4. The upper part of the machine emits a "buzzing" sound, the faster the speed, the louder the sound

This is due to the fact that the ink is too viscous, sticky paper powder, and excessive paper hairs accumulate on the ink roller. Clean the ink roller, and wipe the paper wool on the heavy roller with a cloth.

5. Separating nozzles emit a "sudden" sound of vacuum

This situation is purely suction hole. You can use a small screwdriver to reach into the suction hole, straighten the suction hole according to the feeling, so that it is consistent with the nozzle connecting rod.

6. The motor makes a trembling "click" sound

Once this sound appears, it indicates that the motor shaft and the handle are severely worn. Shut down immediately and find an electrician and maintenance personnel.

7. There is a "dump" sound that strikes the shield inside the shield

This is the resonance phenomenon that occurs when the machine is running, resulting in a large swing spring of swinging teeth. If you hit the shield, the speed of the vehicle can be adjusted properly, and the sound disappears.

8. There is a serious sound of "wah" dragging on the teeth

If this sound appears continuously after starting up, you can stop the machine and try again. The sound still appears and the teeth do not hold the paper, causing the paper to inertia into the roller. This is a problem with the swinging shaft. When the machine is shut down, move the head of the swinging tooth shaft by hand, and it feels swaying, indicating that the swinging shaft is seriously worn and there is a gap between the sleeve and the sleeve. Replace and repair it.

9. The electromagnetic ferrous iron appears a continuous "slap" sound, but the paper pile does not rise

There are many reasons for this situation. For example, there is something wrong with the electrical appliance, the connection of the electromagnetic iron wick is broken, or the mechanical part of the pawl is turned up.

10. A shrill "sho" sound suddenly appears on the feeder

This sound is the easiest to distinguish, that is, the mouthpiece and the blowing tube are disconnected, and the operator only needs to quickly insert the mouthpiece into the blowing plastic tube.

11. Open Feida electromagnet does not suck, no sound

Drop the paper pile and try to open the feeder. If the above situation occurs again, it means that the travel switch above the presser foot is broken. Replace it. If it is poor contact, it will be dealt with separately.

12. When the operation is started, the motor screams, but the machine does not turn

It means that the brake is working. You can turn the machine back on, and then run it again, it will be normal.

13. The air pump suddenly emits a harsh "buzzing" sound

Generally, the air blow is too small, and it is not coordinated with the suction. Quickly adjust the knob of the air pump to restore the normal state.

14. When the side rule rises and falls, it makes a "click" sound

There are two reasons for this. One is that the pressure regulation spring of the side gauge is too tight; the other is that the eccentric roller touches the lowest point of the cam when the paper-pulling wheel falls, and the rhythm becomes longer, so a rattling sound occurs. Adjust according to the situation.

15. After the paper feed stops, the feeders such as the feeder and the belt pulley all want to move, and they randomly make a "click" sound

This is because the clutch of the Feida part is not completely separated, that is, the top spring is too tight. Loosen the top spring fixing screw and loosen the top spring a little.

16. The water roll of the plate is too undulating and makes a "slam" sound

This is because the water roller holders on both sides are adjusted too low. Tighten the top screws on both sides and readjust the water roller pressure.
