1. Roller coating

This roller glazing device has the characteristics of short transmission path, few contact points, difficult to dry the glazing liquid, uniform transmission of the glazing liquid, simple and convenient operation and so on.

2. Scraper glazing

A closed squeegee glazing system is used, consisting of a ceramic anilox roller, a closed squeegee and a flexible resin coated plate roller. The main advantage is that by choosing different ceramic anilox rollers, coating can be completed accurately according to the required coating amount, saving glazing oil; with rapid replacement of the anilox roller, glazing coating plate device and full-surface coating, partial Glazing function. It is usually composed of two scrapers and a ceramic anilox roller for metering. The upper and lower scrapers and the anilox roller form a closed box structure. The polishing liquid is pumped in through the pipeline. The squeegee glazing device has the characteristics of uniform and constant glazing, high quality, good effect, good environmental protection, economy, and easy to achieve high-speed glazing. And it can adapt to the gold and silver glazing on the surface of the carton. The glazing coating can achieve a very high wear resistance.
