Krones' redesigned Variopac TFS pallets and shrink packers are technologically improved in many ways, reaching up to 100 pulses per minute. Its man-machine interface has been greatly improved, and various settings can also be effectively reused.
Krones AG, Neutraubling, Germany, for the first time exhibited its new Variopac new pallets and shrink packers at a European exhibition (Interpack 2005). Variopac's new packaging machine has a top-level design and can achieve up to 100 pulses per minute when subjected to tray heat shrink coating. Compared to all previous versions, the new packaging machine has many major changes in the machine design.
These changes bring many benefits to the user. At the same time, the efficiency of the equipment has also increased significantly. Variopac's new packaging machines feature innovative designs and numerous technical improvements, achieving up to 100 pulses per minute. Its man-machine interface has been greatly improved, and various settings can also be effectively reused. The improvement of reliability ensures that users can fully enjoy the benefits brought by the rapid operation of the equipment.
More simple and convenient operation
The Variopac packaging machine frame has been completely redesigned. When the height is increased, the operator is more convenient to operate the machine. The improvement of operating performance is also fully reflected in its large sliding door. The operator can use the sliding door to open two-thirds into the machine's entrance.
In order to improve the operating performance, simplify the cleaning operation and improve the hygienic conditions, the operation and maintenance of the equipment are divided into two aspects. The operating surface does not contain any drive, photoelectric switch, and other similar components. In order not to interfere with the operator, these components are installed on the maintenance surface of the machine.
Quickly change the processed item
Variopac packaging machines have many breakthroughs in equipment technology, equipped with cutting board separators, container separators, online cam calculation film packaging module software, and an automatic film fusion splicer that can process printing films. Compared with the first generation machines, all the driving functions of the Variopac packaging machine are converted into servo drives. Thanks to multiple drive technology, the operator can adjust all important replacement processing item settings to automation. Highly efficient reuse, reduced downtime, and quick resumption of operation after replacement of processed items are the result of the use of new equipment.
From this new Variopac packaging machine, Krones has for the first time established its own corporate identity in the field of packaging and stacking technology. The company's unique image is also fully reflected in the design of the Checkmat inspection station and Toptronic empty bottle inspection equipment. When designing and manufacturing machine parts, Krones uses a modular principle, which greatly shortens the production time of the factory and the final delivery time.
