Product Features This product is a regenerative isolated self-rescuer filled with compressed oxygen as a source of oxygen in a high-pressure container. The internal respiratory system of the human body is isolated from the outside world. Three kinds of oxygen supply methods make the performance more reliable and stable. It has the characteristics of light weight, small size and easy to carry.
1.2 Main Uses and Scope of Application This product is mainly used by toxic gas pollution and hypoxia suffocation disasters in mines or other ambient air. The on-site personnel should wear them in time to protect them from normal breathing and escape from the disaster area.
This product is mainly suitable for the following environments:
● It is used by coal mine underground workers to safely evacuate the disaster area when natural disasters such as fire, gas explosion or gas outburst, and ambulance team members fail when the respirator fails.
● Used by the chemical department for simple maintenance of equipment and the release of toxic and harmful gases.

2.2 Product structure Self-rescuer is mainly composed of high-pressure system, respiratory system and CO2 filtration system:
High-pressure system: oxygen cylinder, oxygen cylinder switch, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.
Respiratory system: mouthpiece, nose clip, breathing hose, air bag, exhaust valve and breathing valve.
Filtration system: clean tank and a certain amount of CO2 absorbent in accordance with the standard.
All the system devices are usually installed in the upper cover and the lower shell. The pressure value of the oxygen cylinder can be clearly seen through the observation window on the upper cover. The lower shell has a belt ring and a strap, and the user can carry it on the miner's belt or cross On the shoulder.
2.3 Working principle ● Quantitative oxygen supply: turn the switch handwheel 6 counterclockwise, high-pressure oxygen flows from the oxygen bottle 4 to the pressure reducer 5, after decompression, it automatically outputs 1.2L / min of oxygen into the air bag 13.
● Manual Oxygen Supply: Press the supplementary air pressure plate 18 with your finger. Oxygen enters the airbag 13 at 60 L / min. When your finger leaves the supplemental air pressure plate 18, the oxygen supply stops.
● Automatic oxygen supply: when the respiratory system is under negative pressure, the air supply plate 18 contracts inward, pressing the air supply rod to open the oxygen supply mechanism, oxygen enters the airbag at 60L / min, and when the airbag swells, the air supply plate 18 leaves the supply Gas lever, stop gas supply. During inhalation, oxygen enters the human body from the airbag 13, the breathing valve 15, and the mouthpiece 16. During exhalation, the gas passes through the breathing valve 15, the exhalation tube 14 enters the cleaning tank 20, the CO2 exhaled by the human body is absorbed by the absorbent contained in the cleaning tank 20, and the remaining oxygen enters the airbag. In this way, the human breathing cycle is completed. Human breathing is completely isolated from the outside atmosphere. If the air pressure in the respiratory system exceeds a certain value, the gas will be discharged from the exhaust valve 12.
