The system can process various types of substrates with a basis weight of 385 g/m2, a web size of 18 inches x 251 inches and a speed of up to 50 sheets per minute. The step-by-step adjustment of the printed sheet is controlled by a microprocessor, and the precise position of the indentation can be easily determined by only one sheet. The system can also store up to 100 preset jobs and recall preset data at the touch of a button.
The Creasemaster indentation system using frictional feed paper adopts the upper paper feed method, thus avoiding the problem of scratches on the printed sheets, and the paper can be stopped without stopping during the processing. The Creasemaster Plus Indenter features a horizontal vacuum feed system that is more suitable for indentation of high-grade or glossy substrates.
