Over-limit overloaded vehicle certification standard

The term "over-transported vehicles" as used in this notice refers to goods transport vehicles that have one of the following conditions:

(1) The total height of the cargo is more than 4 meters from the ground.

(2) The total width of the goods exceeds 2.55 meters.

(3) The total length of the goods exceeds 18.1 meters.

(4) Two-axle trucks whose total cargo quality exceeds 18,000 kg.

(5) The three-axle truck has a total mass of more than 25,000 kilograms; the three-axle train has a total mass of more than 27,000 kilograms.

(6) Four-axle trucks, whose total cargo quality exceeds 31,000 kg; the total weight of four-axle trains exceeds 36,000 kg.

(7) Five-axle car trains whose total cargo quality exceeds 43,000 kg.

(8) Six-axis and six-axis and above auto trains, the total mass of the goods exceeds 49,000 kg, of which the tractor drive shaft is single-axis, and the total mass of the goods exceeds 46,000 kg.

The determination of the qualifying standards specified in the preceding paragraph shall also comply with the following requirements:

(1) The two-axis group is calculated according to two axes, and the three-axis group is calculated according to three axes;

(2) In addition to the drive shaft, the axles of the two-axis group, the three-axis group and the axles of the semi-trailer and the trailer are calculated according to the double tires. The over-limit rate is >30% and the total weight of the car is ≤55 tons. The part with the over-limit rate of 30% and below is charged at the basic rate. The part exceeding the limit of 30% to the total weight of the car is 55 tons. The rate is linearly increased to 6 times mode billing;

(2) Vehicles with total vehicle weight exceeding the limit

Vehicles that handle the "Excessive Transport Vehicle Pass" are not illegal vehicles and are charged at the basic rate; vehicles that have not handled the "Exceeded Transport Vehicle Pass" are charged according to the "Illegal Overrun Vehicle Billing Method".

In accordance with the spirit of the documents of the three ministries and commissions, taking into account the reasonable errors that may occur in the vehicle's weighing equipment, the fresh agricultural transport vehicles with an overload limit of not more than 5% are executed in accordance with legally loaded vehicles, and at the same time comply with other relevant fresh agricultural products.
