The heat in the compressed air is taken away by the refrigerant, the compressed air is quickly cooled, and the moisture in the humid air reaches the saturation temperature and quickly condenses. The condensed moisture forms water droplets after condensing, and rotates at a high speed through a unique air-water separator. The moisture is separated from the air due to the centrifugal force, and the separated water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The air pressure dew point after cooling down can be as low as 2 ℃. The cooled cold air flows through the air heat exchange and exchanges heat with the high temperature and humid hot air at the inlet. The cold air after heat exchange raises the temperature due to the absorption of the heat of the inlet air, and the compressed air also passes through the secondary condenser of the refrigeration system (Unique design) The heat exchange with the high-temperature refrigerant makes the temperature of the outlet fully heated to ensure that the outlet air line does not condense.
