This reagent is for research purpose only: This kit is used to determine the content of epinephrine (EPI) in rabbit serum, plasma, cell supernatant and related liquid samples.

Experimental principle:

This kit uses the double antibody sandwich method to determine the level of rabbit adrenaline (EPI) in the specimen. Coat the microplate with purified rabbit adrenaline (EPI) antibody to make a solid-phase antibody, add adrenaline (EPI) to the monoclonal antibody-coated microwells in turn, and then combine with HRP-labeled adrenaline (EPI) antibody An antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex is formed, and after thorough washing, a substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB is converted into blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme, and into the final yellow under the action of acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the adrenaline (EPI) in the sample. Measure the absorbance (OD value) at 450nm with a microplate reader, and calculate the rabbit epinephrine (EPI) in the sample by the standard curve
