Chengdu Institute of Biology completes genome sequencing of high abscisic acid-producing strains
On March 8, we learned from the Science and Technology Department of Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences that in collaboration with the Shanghai Human Genome Research Center, the Institute completed the genome-wide sequencing and analysis of the abscisic acid-producing strain Botrytis cinerea TBC-A jobs. B. cinereaTBC-A is a high-yield strain of abscisic acid with independent intellectual property rights developed by Chengdu Institute of Biology after years of improved screening and systematic research and development. Based on ROCHE 454 GS FLX (Titanium) and Illumina Solexa high-throughput sequencing, the researchers sequenced the entire fungal genome and obtained 20-fold and 50-fold genome coverage sequencing, respectively, thus constructing the genome sequence.
