Many users fall into this misunderstanding: thinking that the surface is like a ceramic roller, it feels no problem. But in fact, have they really tested whether its roundness meets the requirements? Secondly, the anti-corrosion treatment of the roller body is also very important. Because water-based inks are acidic and highly corrosive. Some ceramic rollers are processed well, but the anti-corrosion ability does not meet the requirements, so it is not an excellent product. Excellent double-sided tape must have stable viscosity. Many manufacturers believe that the sticky tape is very good, which is a misunderstanding. Because too strong adhesive tape will cause a lot of residual glue, unloading is very difficult. In particular, there are times when there is a problem with the registration, and you need to re-post it. If the adhesive tape is very sticky, causing a lot of residual glue, it will seriously affect the effect of re-sticking, and even pull the version. The quality of the applied flexographic printing products is almost comparable to that of offset printing. It is said that double-sided tape is not as strong as possible. To make high-quality printing, a layer of foam with average thickness, uniform hardness and good elasticity should be used as the base layer. Satellite flexo printing machines are usually equipped with inflation shafts, and sleeves are used. Since there are not many manufacturers producing sleeves, there are relatively few misunderstandings. However, we recently encountered some customers. Due to the aging of the equipment, the system air pressure was insufficient, and some suppliers misled them: the lack of air pressure can increase the inner diameter of the sleeve a little bit, and it does not need too much air pressure. In fact, this approach is wrong, they simply misunderstood the benefits of the sleeve. The correct method is to make the inner diameter of the sleeve a little smaller. When installing, the air pressure is a little bigger, and then the sleeve is enlarged and the sleeve is stabilized. After the gas is retracted, the sleeve returns to the original inner diameter and the sleeve is tighter. The stability in is good. If the inner diameter is large, the sleeve is easy to slip if it is not tight, the positioning pin will be worn quickly, and new sleeves need to be replaced frequently, thereby increasing more costs. The most important thing is to affect the printing speed and printing quality.

An excellent sleeve should have high accuracy, high roundness, good elasticity of the cylinder base, uniform surface treatment, uniform hardness, and the cylinder wall should not be too thick. If the diameter of the inflation shaft is insufficient, a larger inflation shaft or a sleeve-type inflation shaft should be used. The biggest advantage of the printing sleeve is to quickly change the plate roller, replace the anilox roller, and enhance the flexibility of the flexographic printing machine. It can not only do long version work but also short version work, and can also easily retain the version.

But in use, many people have a big misunderstanding-anti-install R-bak.

The design of R-bak is used to thicken the printing plate to reach the printing gap designed by the original machine, and increase the flexibility of the printing plate material, reduce the dot spread and the pressure of the printing plate on the corrugated paper, so that the highly elastic printing plate material can be fully Print to every place on the uneven corrugated cardboard surface that needs to be printed. However, these three functions can only be fully utilized when R-bak is installed. That is to say, the original R-bak design must paste each flexible version on an R-bak with a larger thickness and a larger area No film is added in the middle, and the flexible plate is directly covered by R-bak. R-bak imitations are also appearing on the market. The color and appearance are similar. The feature is cheaper, which attracts many manufacturers to use. Indeed, if counterfeit products and genuine R-bak products are used in a reverse way, the effect of the two is not much different, so customers will not care. But if you use R-bak in the right way, you can distinguish between genuine R-bak and counterfeit goods. R-bak works very well. Correct selection and use can really improve the printing quality.
