The identification results show that this technology improves the physical properties of plastic products by using modified masterbatch and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as the activator, improves the compatibility of different waste plastics, and improves the quality of recycled plastics. Tensile strength, elongation, impact strength, and fatigue strength enhance the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and hardness of plastic filaments, improve product reliability and stability, and increase product quality. Its technology is at the leading domestic level.
It is reported that Jinlong Company has applied for 2 national invention patents through this technology. By adopting the modified and filled masterbatch, the goal of high polymerization activity and good shape of polymer particles was achieved; through the process of seven-segment knife cutting, the process of making the modified plastic particles was optimized.
