Shangrao County Forestry Bureau: According to Article 7 of Document No. 7 [2009] issued by Yulin Hall of Jiangxi Provincial Forestry Department, application conditions: (1) processing raw materials for coniferous trees, artificial broad-leaved trees and bamboo; (2) in line with national industrial policies; ) in line with the layout of Jiangxi's forestry industry; (4) in line with national environmental protection standards; (5) non-state-defined projects to eliminate backward production capacity, processes and product catalogues. Article 8: Establishing the approval authority for wood processing enterprises: (1) Enterprises that process more than 2000 cubic meters of timber per year shall be examined and approved by the Provincial Forestry Department; (2) The annual processing of timber below 2000 cubic meters shall be examined and approved by the Municipal Forestry Bureau. Article 10: To apply for a wood processing license, the following materials shall be submitted: (1) an application; (2) a legal person or other organization qualification certificate, a copy of the citizen's personal ID card; (3) a certificate of the scale of the application for processing wood and relevant credit certificate (4) Feasibility report on the use of forest qualifications issued by the corresponding qualified units; (5) Project approval or filing documents.
