1.Product Introduction

YL-HS717 portable 3D scanner are developed by YUELIAN INSTRUMENTS Co., Ltd. It adopts multiple beam  laser to obtain the three-dimensional point from object surface. Operator can hand-hold the device and adjust the distance and angle between the scanner and measured object timely. It can cooperate with the global photography measurement system when scanning the large piece object to eliminate the accumulated error and improve the global scanning accuracy. The scanner can also be conveniently carried to industrial field or production workshop, and scanned the object efficiently and accurately according to its size and shape.

2.Operating principle

1)Seven cross laser lines+ one extra line
2)Transform to the single laser line to scan the deep hole and blind angle
3).The accuracy can be up to 0.03mm, and the resolution can be 0.05mm.
4).The unique sound and light alarm make the scanner easier to be operate.
5).The device could be carried with the personnel as the weight is less than 1kg
6).Connect by the Gigabit Ethernet cable which support a high speed transmission
7).Device can be quickly calibrated.

3.Feature

1)Stable:Can achieve sustained stable and repeatable results in all working conditions or circumstances 
2)Dynamic reference:Using the optical reflection target to create a reference system which is lock to the component. It allows personnel to move the object during the scanning, and it won't influence the accuracy.  
3)Self-orientate:automatically orientates and needs no additional mechanical arm or other tracking device
Portable:Only need to carry a waterproof case and a laptop
4)Aviation plug:integrate all the cables to the aviation plug to ensure the stability of connection and transmission.

4. Software Function

1).3D scanning "function module corresponds to the 3D data acquisition and parameter setting in the process;" data processing "function module corresponds to the data acquisition is completed after the corresponding 3D scanning" and "data processing" two main modules,Point cloud data or grid surface data processing and parameter settings;
2).The software has the functions of new project, saving, setting, reading and so on. The corresponding data format mainly includes engineering format, mark point format, point cloud format and triangular grid surface format;
3).Automatically generate the STL triangular mesh surface, and the data can be processed rapidly as the format is STL.
4).The scan software can automatically process the point cloud data such as select, delete, remove the isolated point and non-connected one, smooth filtering, feature merge, etc.
5).The software possess functions such as set the distance between scanning point, adjust the laser intensity and adjust the scanning angle.
6).The software has the user quick calibration calibration function, the calibration time is less than one minute;
7).Scanning process can be real-time adjustment of the size of the display interface perspective, and the process of adjustment and access to the data of the three-dimensional surface data integrity, will not change with the size of the viewing angle interface hole;
8).Software interface with point cloud data spacing selection function, the user can be scanned according to the volume and detail requirements such as point cloud spacing, the point cloud spacing and general-purpose third-party software match the same;
9).Pressing the button and the scan state could be transformed between three cross laser lines and a single laser line. Three cross laser line can realize the rapid scanning, and the single laser line can implement the optimized scan of the blind angle and deep hole.
