series of automatic die cutting and foil stamping machine is mainly used for die cutting, hot foil stamping indenting and embossed/depressed cold-pressing of paper boxes, cartons or trademarks of package & decoration industries. The state-of-the-art structures such as pneumatic clutch and pneumatic locking plate are used for this machine in addition to automatization for paper feeding, die cutting, paper collection, counting, man-machine interface and inspection. The production can be lasted continuously, improving the efficiency. This machine features easy / quick operation, safe, high pressure, high precision and good quality etc.

1.Adopt nodular cast iron-QT500-7, the mainframe wallboard casting by special technology process, thus featuring by high strength, never deformation and ensure the safety of the mainframe wallboard.
2.Adopt Taiwan-imported intermittent mechanism to ensure that the machine operates accurately and reduce the occurrence of failure rate.
3.The whole machine all uses SKF/NSK imported original bearing.
4.The whole machine uses original parts imported from France Schneider, Japanese OMRON, etc.
Key parts of teeth row are imported from Japan.
5.Die cutting accuracy reach to ±0.075mm, and the highest speed of machine reaches 7500 sheets/hours.
6.The craft shaft is adopts Germany Ni-Cr-Mo metal steel, with high precision and will never deforms.
7.Use the center-line positioning system to realize fast plate changing of worksheet.
8.Equipped with automatic adjustment device, ensure fast and smooth when they adjusting of die cutting pressure.
9.Die-cutting plate frame adopts auxiliary plate-installation device, to realize different of model machines can be use universal die-cutting plate.
10.Equip with touch-screen operation interface in both Chinese and English.

 Warranty
Machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given thirteen months from shipment date. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the courier cost. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty.
