As the weather gets colder, the skin becomes more dry and fragile and vulnerable to the sun. When we are enjoying the beautiful holiday of "the sun is shining", or greedily enjoying the afternoon sun, we must also learn to save the skin that is inadvertently sunburned!

Pain

Painfulness indicates that the skin has been sunburned. Apply ice water first. After the redness and swelling are relieved, apply a soothing spray after sunburn to the cheeks.

Slightly red and hot

Use a towel to cover your face with ice water until the skin returns to its original color and temperature before you can clean it with a mild cleanser.
