2. Party A shall pay Party B a one-time payment of the labor economic compensation, and pay the notice for one month, and pay it when signing this agreement;

3. After the equity party has obtained the above payment, the parties will terminate the labor contract relationship and voluntarily waive the same facts and reasons to make any economic request or any legal action against Party A.

After unremitting efforts, on January 8th, Pingtan People’s Institute successfully transferred the labor relations between Fengda Company and its employees, and recovered 120 employees for the labor compensation, labor payment and three employees. The compensation amounted to RMB 3.58 million, and all of them were paid in place (directly transferred from the factory to the personal account).
