The cooling device with a water-based offset press includes a cooler, a cold water tank, a pump, a water supply pipe and a return pipe. The cooling machine is arranged on the side of the cold water tank, and the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with the cold water tank. The water outlet end is connected to the bottom of the water bucket of the offset printing plate cylinder of the offset printing machine through the stacking water pipe. The end of the return pipe is set on the offset printing plate cylinder. The upper part of the water tank of the water mechanism is connected to the cold water tank at the other end of the water return pipe, and a filtering device is also provided between the return water pipe and the cold water tank. The cooling device with a water-striped offset printing press is an improvement over the prior art. Since a cooling device and a filtering device are provided, it can ensure that the water temperature in the water bucket of the printing plate cylinder is always maintained at a suitable temperature. And after the water in the water bucket is treated in the filter device, the impurities are removed, the printing quality is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved.
